    Logix Incorporation is delighted to offer a rewarding career opportunity for the position of Client Recruitment Process.Position Details:- Working Hours: 9.5 hours per day, 6 days a week - Salary: To be discussed after your interview and performance evaluationJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager to oversee our Client Recruitment Process and manage a large team (80-100 members) while maintaining strong client relationships. This position is ideal for someone with a solid background in recruitment, BPO or Customer Service industries, who is client-service oriented, and can handle a high volume of recruitment needs while ensuring exceptional service delivery.Key Responsibilities:*Client Relationship & Service Management:Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all client-related queries and issues.Understand client recruitment needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure the recruitment process aligns with their goals.Provide exceptional client service by managing expectations, resolving concerns, and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins to assess satisfaction and refine recruitment strategies.*Recruitment Strategy & Coordination:Lead the planning and execution of recruitment strategies in alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to interview coordination and final placements.Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure effective candidate sourcing and that client requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.Ensure that all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and industry standards.*Team Leadership & Development:Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of recruitment professionals (80-100 members), ensuring clear goals and targets are established and achieved.Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering an environment of collaboration, high performance, and accountability.Conduct regular team training sessions to enhance skills, knowledge, and recruitment techniques.Implement performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to support continuous improvement.*Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment processes to identify areas for improvement.Implement and recommend improvements to streamline the recruitment process, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure a higher quality of candidates.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.Regularly assess key performance metrics and client feedback to refine recruitment strategies and drive better outcomes.*Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging recruitment tools to maintain a competitive edge.Analyze competitor activities and client feedback to make data-driven recommendations for refining recruitment approaches and improving service delivery.Utilize market insights to anticipate client needs and proactively address them.*Administrative & Reporting Duties:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for both clients and candidates.Prepare detailed reports on recruitment progress, team performance, and client satisfaction metrics.Coordinate and manage recruitment events, workshops, and client meetings.Ensure that all recruitment documentation is compliant and stored securely.If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume to hidden_email any inquiries or to express your interest via WhatsApp, please contact hidden_mobile.
