Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve banca channel sales targets (life insurance).
• Manage and motivate a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Officers deployed in bank branches.
• Build strong partnerships with branch managers and regional heads of the partner bank.
• Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives by training and supporting bank staff.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance against targets; ensure corrective action for shortfalls.
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI and organizational compliance norms.
• Conduct regular joint calls with partner bank teams to enhance penetration and customer satisfaction.
• Provide inputs on product innovation and improvement based on customer/bank feedback.
• Drive high standards of service quality, ensuring minimal customer grievances.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of banking & insurance products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in banca or similar channels.
• Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
• Strong leadership & team management capabilities.
• Analytical and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 5-15 years of experience.
