• Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new fleet customers and generate AMC business.
• Visit customer sites and sign Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for commercial vehicle service.
• Build strong relationships with fleet owners, transport operators, and logistics companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Coordinate with service teams for smooth AMC operations and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Candidate ProfileMinimum 10 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle (HCV) Service.
• Experience handling fleet customers and signing commercial vehicle service contracts (AMC).
• Strong knowledge of truck and bus service, preventive maintenance, and workshop operations.
• Background as Workshop Manager, Service Manager, Fleet Manager, Regional Service Manager, or Service Operations Manager preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
