It is usually headed by an investment manager. The management of assets involves building a portfolio of investments. This includes assessing risks, finding opportunities, and developing an overarching strategy for reaching a set of financial objectives.MAXIMIZING ASSET VALUEACRE acquires distressed loans (NPL) from financial institutions and turns them around to maximize and realise their latent value. An open architecture, strong deal sourcing, underwriting and execution capabilities along with high client servicing standards have enabled the company to become one of the largest ARCs in India, as well as the preferred ARC for multiple investors.As a sector-agnostic investment platform for NPLs, we have identified several key market opportunities with the best potential for high returns for all involved stakeholders.PFB, the Experience in Collection and Recovery Secured and Unsecured Loans. Also Have Legal Knowledge of Sarfaesi Act 2002, DRT, 138 Act etc.Main Responsibility:As an authorised officer for Retail portfolio, handling PAN India NPL cases. To appear before various court, police station and quasi govt authorities in the capacity of Authorized Officer, for verification of documents, to register police compliants etc.To issue, sign and dispatch legal notices, settlements letters, auction notices, sale confirmation letters etc.Take Physcial Possession of Mortgage Properties with the help of govt/court authorities.Constant travelling for registeration of Sale Certificate, taking possession etc.Collection and follow up with collection and legal team of original lender.Meeting with advocates for discussing pending cases and expediting legal proceeding.Auditing of vendor bills.Education:Graduate/Post Graduate/ LLB/ LLMExperience:5-8 Years Experience in Collection and Recovery.Behavioral Skills:Always demonstrates Execution-Accomplishing set goals within defined timelines, with complete accountability and high quality of output to meet business needs.Always demonstrates Proactivity-Constantly look for opportunities and take responsibility to outperform.Partially demonstrates Decision Making-Take outside in view, challenge status quo and identify simple and best solutions to make smart decisions.Not Applicable Adaptability-Be open, adaptable and flexible to changes to support business growth.Always demonstrates Teamwork-Constantly communicate, foster collaboration, listen to engage, share and seek feedback to achieve common goals.Always demonstrates Solution Orientation-Ability to look past the current issues and bottle necks to arrive at the most effective solutions to achieve desired business results.Always demonstrates Digital Acumen-Have high degree of proficiency in MS Office package i.e., Excel, Power Point and Word.Functional Skills (Role Specific)- Collection, Legal Recovery , Legal Knowledge.With Regards,Khusboo Pandey | Technical Consultant91 hidden_mobileiQuest Management Consultants Pvt.
