Shaadi.com, Indias No.1 matchmaking platform, is conducting a Mega Walk-In Drive for the position of VIP Product Counsellor Telesales. Were looking for energetic and driven professionals to join our team and help prospective customers choose our premium matrimonial services.Roles and Responsibilities:
• Outbound calling to prospective leads from the company database
• Explain and promote VIP services to clients over the phone
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable membership plans
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
• Deliver excellent customer experience and handle objections effectively
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Must have at least 6 months of experience in Telesales / Collections / Telemarketing
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Fluency in any regional language mentioned above is mandatory
• Ability to handle pressure and target-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
