• Rotational Shifts from morning 7: 00 am - 11:00 pm.
• Work From Home Module - Candidates ready to attend training and attend calls for 9 hours should only be scheduled.
• Looking for candidates from mumbai location.
• 2 week offs in a week - If in peak time & peak season if the call volume increases, One week off will be canceled & the employee will get one day pay.
• Laptop / Computer & WIFI connection is mandatory.
• Candidates with proper documents will only be considered, Hike on the salaries will be given as per the previous in hand salary.

• Educating the customers to use The Porters service following a prepared sales pitch to give information and value proposition of our service.
• Day shift support to assign logistic vehicles to desired clients given their request.
• Database entry and management
• Determine requirements by working with customers
• Resolves customer query / Complaints / problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
• Acting as a direct contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
• Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features
