Job Description

In this role, you will leverage advanced modeling techniques and innovative problem-solving skills to deliver impactful AI solutions. You will work on projects involving large language models (LLMs), recommendation systems, advanced regression and classification techniques, and deep learning architectures.# Roles and Responsibilities :
    • This is a global role working across diverse business areas, brand and geographies, providing business outcomes and enabling transformative impact across the global landscape.
    • Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models, including LLMs, transformer architectures, and deep learning solutions, to solve real-world business problems.
    • Design and implement advanced recommendation systems, such as Search Match, Search Match Rank, and Content, Collaborative, and Two-Tower architectures.
    • Create data-driven models that answer critical business questions, driving strategic insights and measurable outcomes across multiple teams.
    • Design and conduct rigorous data analyses with a focus on study design, methodology, algorithms, and statistical modeling to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and scientific validity.
    • Create AI solutions aligned with the FATE framework to ensure fairness, accountability, transparency, and explainability in model outcomes.
    • Drive measurable outcomes by translating complex data insights into strategies that align with business goals.
    • Leverage expertise in Python, SQL, and the modern data stack (including Azure and Snowflake) to build scalable and efficient solutions.
    • Utilize advanced libraries like NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn to deliver production-grade machine learning models
    # Experience :
    • Masters degree in Computer Science, Computational Sciences, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics , Mathematics any quantitative field
    • Deep expertise in ML/AI with strong hands-on experience beyond tutorials and side projects.
    • Proven production experience with LLMs, RAG, transformer architectures, deep learning, XGBoost, CatBoost, multivariate regression, classification, clustering, and topic modeling.
    • Experience building recommendation systems, including Search Match and Search Match Rank frameworks, as well as content, collaborative, and two-tower recommendation architectures.
    • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, and fluency in tools like NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
    • Proficiency in visualization tools like Power BI to create impactful data narratives.
    • Practical knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Azure and Snowflake.
    • Demonstrated ability to ship ML models to production and manage the challenges of deployment and maintenance.
    • Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
    • Personally invested in continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Motivated, self-directed individual that works well with minimal supervision.
    • Experience working on Snowflake data warehouse, familiarity with Snowpark, Cortex.
