Job Description

    Data Support Lead JD Role requirements:
    1. 6years to 15 years of experience in IT services industry with at least 5 years of Maintenance and support experience.
    2. Experience in working with Onsite and offshore model.
    3. Experience in working with customer teams. Good to have the experience of working at onsite locations (US or Europe)
    4. Experience in Handling a team of minimum 8 resources.
    5. Should be Hands on in Production issues analysis and fixing.
    6. Experience in the process of IT services management, 24x7 support.
    7. Ability to guide and mentor a team of 8 resources.
    8. Technical Skills:
      1. SQL, Oracle and Big Query experience. Experience in developing and maintaining Stored procedures and SQL queries.
      2. Experience in GCP.
      3. Experience in design, development and maintenance of ETL, Scheduling ETL jobs in Autosys and/or Cron jobs.
      4. Experience in Developing and Maintaining SSIS packages.
      5. Experience in Application DB activities such as Schema Design, Development and deployment.
      6. Good understanding of Quality Assurance.
      7. Data quality assessment and Data cleaning experience
      8. Understanding of data security.
      9. Understanding of Database infrastructure such as DB installation , Upgrades, backup and restore, Archiving of data
