• Travel frequently to sites to monitor and ensure civil works go smoothly without any delays or difficulties
• Liaise between engineers, architects, and others working on the project, and ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
• Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to the appropriate personnel
• Identify the right contractors for executing civils works within time and within budget
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and track recurring construction issues so that they can be resolved
• Prepare and present progress updates to appropriate management executives and other stakeholders on a regular basis
Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseBachelors degree (B.E.) in Civil or Structural Engineering, Masters degree (M.Tech) is preferred15 to 30 years of experience inIndustrial Projects.Experience and exposure in the areas of major civil constructions works, such as Industrial Structures, Structural designs, Silos, Factory Buildings, Modern infrastructures, Aluminum Formwork Technology and fast track residential / commercial high-rise projects, precast works, interpretation of technical data etc.Working knowledge of SAP ERP and MS Project software is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Comfort with directing people from varied backgrounds or taking up leadership responsibilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.If interested kindly send their resume on this id hidden_email & Call hidden_mobile/ hidden_mobile
