Job Description

    Main responsibilities:
    • Compiling, validating and analysing data
    • Interpreting results and understanding reasons for change
    • Creating reports to effectively present key results
    • Assisting with program development
    • Program testing
    • Helping to maintain a high quality and efficient service
    Preferred applicants will have:
    • A relevant qualification, preferably with agriculture/ strategy / analytics
    • A methodical yet innovative approach and be able to collate, analyse and interrogate data, with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Good computer skills, with hands on experience of MS Office and Power BI.
    • Competent verbal and written communication skills.
    • A good team player but with the initiative and drive to work on their own.
    • Commitment to improving personal skills and understanding our business.
    • Data analytics skill- identify and interpret patterns and trends, assess data quality and eliminate irrelevant data, seek out on need basis experts in the area related to the situation to learn more about it and potential solution besides requesting assistance of statisticians or other data analysts.
    Reporting Result skill designing report and including tools that can help those involved easily digest the data, such as statistics, graphs, images and lists. In the report, the data analyst usually offers several potential solutions, such as a new business process, training method or technology; or employee or departmental changes.
