The person would need to execute the technology roadmap for these assets, design, architect and build the product working together with Global product stakeholders and Technology Partners. The role is responsible for the driving the technical delivery of the product, managing the vendors, interacting with stakeholders, and influencing the outcomes. This position would also drive the omni channel solutions and products strategy.# Roles and Responsibilities :
• Primary technical owner of the Digital Mobile App products inclusive but not limited to conceptualization, design, architecture, and delivery.
• Responsible for reviewing and maintaining design & architectural documents up to date ensure alignment with Digital Mobile App Product vision and implementation.
• Setting up and driving design, architecture, code reviews for Projects, Operate and Enhance release cycles.
• You own and drive the resolution of issues with Product team and vendor development teams with effective communications and in timely manner.
• Should possess hands on Technical, Design & Architecture skills to lead the team to brainstorm business requirements and arrive at optimal solutions for business challenges.
• Provides technical guidance and support during the development phase of a project and ensure project delivery.
• Establishes processes and carries out regular reviews of code and technical solution implementation as part of Enhancement Cycles
• Establishes processes and reviews for development and ops related accesses, security related issues.
• Responsible for identifying and effectively burning down technical debts of the Product.
• Identify risks or opportunities associated with current or new technology use. Plan and execute pilots as necessary.
• Strive for continuous improvement of Development Process & standards.
• Effectively communicate with team members, project managers, clients and other stakeholders as required.
• Identify the gaps with technical competency of the team and provides recommendations for improvements.
• Play a critical role in shaping the product & technical vision for the team while working closely with product, business, and technology leadership across the company on a regular basis.
• Reviewing the documentation and functionality solutioning to ensure alignment with the overall Technology and Digital roadmap.
• Work closely with business SMEs, technology teams, and relevant stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and accurate transfer of information and clear understanding and execution of the solution.
• Work directly with diverse teams (Engineering, Technology Risk Management, Information Security), enterprise architecture, project managers, application development to ensure that program related deliverables for those areas are delivered in timely and effective manner.
• Develop an implementation approach which balances speed, cost, change and exception management.
• Manage and engage closely with architecture, technical lead and engineering partners from various vendor and partner organization.
# Experience :
• Proficiency in native development (Swift for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android).
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
• Familiarity with hybrid app development technologies.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
• Knowledge of mobile app security best practices.
• Nice to have Professional certifications in mobile application architecture, development
