*Director Health & Benefits Technology (Chennai)The Fidelity Benefits Technology group provides technology-enabled HR, Payroll and Health Benefits services to small and medium enterprises. Our business is growing fast, and we are in the midst of implementing an aggressive roadmap to provide enhanced business capabilities to our customers across all of these functions. We are agile, and seek to build platforms and products that are cloud-ready, and enable digital business capabilities powered by data.The Expertise We are Looking For

  • You have deep understanding of and experience in building products and solutions in the domains of HR and/or health & benefits administration.
  • You are an astute technical leader with good communication & leadership skills with a passion to identify and coach talent. Engineers look up to you, learn from you and reach out when they need guidance.
  • You have expert ability to hire, motivate and develop top talent, and deep experience in building high performing teams
  • You have expert understanding of Agile practices, with extensive experience in setting up and coaching Agile teams
  • You have the expertise to drive meaningful technical discussions, arbitrate and recommend an optimal path forward.
  • You have hands-on experience across multiple platforms, and can navigate your way across a complex and rapidly changing technology landscape and stay on top of industry trends.
  • You have a strong engineering and quality ( software craftsmanship ) mindset, and are adept in the use of practices and tools like DevOps and QA automation to improve software product and development process quality
  • You are a creator, a doer, and a disruptor who will help us solve real-life problems, challenge the status quo and is not afraid to ask Why and What if
  • You can operate at multiple levels, zoom-in and out as the situation demands. You stay connected to the details while possessing the ability to see the big picture.
  • You constantly challenge and inspire teams towards continuous improvement and innovation
  • You take ownership of situations, people and technology. You have a strategic vision with the ability to balance tactical items against long term value. You demonstrate strong judgment and leadership across a multitude of situations and drive decision making taking all factors into account.
  • You have deep experience in building products and solutions in the domains of payroll, HR or healthcare.
  • 18+ years of experience
  • Bachelor s Degree
