Job Description

    As a Hiring Partner we are hiring for below open position as full time and direct hire.interested and eligible candidate can share the word format profile at : hidden_emailRole : Director-Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Transformation Experience : 15 Yrs # Highlights : - Process design & redesign for AD & IAM operation,policies,compliance.- Automation of IDAM process.- Governance of IGA and PAM (Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.)- Governance and Administration of Global Identity Services.- Project Management and SPOC.- Process Redesign and Consolidation- Automation Enablement- Project and Program Management- IAM operations and process improvement- Certification :CISSP | CIAM# Roles and Responsibilities: Process Redesign and Consolidation: Review and redesign Active Directory (AD) and Identity and Access Management (IDAM) operations processes to enhance consolidation, policy compliance, and efficiency. Automation Enablement: Develop and implement automation strategies for IDAM processes and controls to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Program Management: Lead the program management of new tool implementations, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. Quality and Governance Standards: Establish and enforce quality and governance standards for Global Identity Services, ensuring consistency and compliance across all operations. Project Management: Manage joint initiatives between Global Technology (GT) and People & Culture (P&C) relating to identity services, ensuring successful project delivery. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for stakeholders, including audit teams, Country IT departments, and P&C, addressing new demands and enhancements related to Identity Services.# Experience : Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management, particularly in operations and process improvement. Proven track record in program and project management, with experience in implementing IGA and PAM tools. Strong understanding of automation technologies and their application in IDAM processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of relevant compliance standards and regulations.# Certification :Certifications in IDAM | CISSP|CIAM
