Job Description

Staff and Facility Management

  1. Manage the team of Relationship and Billing Executives.
  2. Review in-patient billing / insurance / discount charges/ estimation documents etc., and send to Finance for approval
  3. Plan and prepare annual Operations budget for the region; present to senior management and obtain approval
  4. Work along with Finance for all billing and receivables- related matters; assist Finance in recovery of dues from patients
  5. Review cases covered by insurance, issue and send credit bills to the insurance firm
  6. Monitor attendance in the facility the summary of attendance and swiping details report
  7. Act as the final point of contact with vendors for procurement of equipment; servicing and maintenance of equipment; purchase of consumables; canteen produce etc.
  8. Provide approval for petty cash for office and facility expenses; send weekly expense statements to Finance
  9. Co-ordinate with doctors for specific appointments; ensure they receive their daily and weekly schedules
  10. Ensure transportation system to pick up and drop patients is adhering to timelines; prepare contingency plans for unforeseen circumstances.
  11. Ensure payments to doctors are dispatched according to timelines

  1. Treat all patients with compassion and empathy irrespective of the nature of interaction from them
  2. Maintain professional conduct, good communication skills and confidentiality in the care of patients.
Process and Quality
  1. Ensure adherence to NABH standards and other relevant quality standards in all processes.
