• The Factory Foreman may be responsible for implementing quality control procedures and addressing any quality issues
• Safety: Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all workers follow safety regulations and guidelines
• This includes conducting safety training and responding to safety incidents or emergencies
• Maintenance: Overseeing routine maintenance of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure the continuous operation of the factory
• Inventory Management: Managing raw materials and finished product inventory to prevent shortages or overstock situations
• Resource Allocation: Allocating resources, such as labor, materials, and equipment, to various production processes to optimize efficiency
