Factory ManagerJob descriptionWe are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily operations and drive operational excellence in our apparel manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining high quality standards, and achieving key business targets including on-time delivery, cost control, productivity, and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and monitor production activities to meet customer delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost objectives.Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), TQM (Total Quality Management), and Lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.Ensure smooth production execution in line with buyer specifications and compliance standards.Balance production lines and optimize operator productivity across departments.Oversee finishing, inspection, and final shipment readiness.Manage manpower planning, recruitment, training, and employee issue resolution.Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance, Merchandising, Planning, and other support departments.Monitor production performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure ERP data input, validation, and production reporting accuracy.Maintain workplace discipline, safety standards, and factory compliance requirements.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in apparel manufacturing and factory operations management.Excellent understanding of garment production processes, quality systems, and industrial engineering concepts.Proven leadership capability in managing large production teams and achieving operational targets.Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, TQM, and productivity improvement initiatives.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Knowledge of ERP systems and production monitoring tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.Preferred Candidate Profile15 years of experience in the apparel/garment manufacturing industry.Minimum 5 years of experience as Factory Head or Factory Manager.Strong exposure to buyer compliance, production planning, and operational excellence.Experience in export-oriented garment manufacturing units will be an added advantage.Interested can send their updated resume on given below Email ID or WhatsApp number Email: hrdjobshelpconsultant AT gmail DOT comWhatsApp and calling number is 9.3.1.0.7.4.2.2.6.2 and 7.6.7.8.4.3.0.2.9.0
