The role of an Engineering Manager is to plan, design and execute Transformation Programs which require high performance engineering at scale. nResponsibilities n Program Delivery - Be responsible for running of engagements successfully, including required operational hygiene n Leading the engineering talent development and community building n Knowledge sharing and socializing best practices in high performance engineering n Build a culture of autonomy, alignment and high performance culture as a servant leader n Developing trusted relationships with client stakeholders n Represent Wipro Digital engagement to client CXO and CXO chains n nSkills and Experience n Extensive experience in engineering leadership and customer management. n Experience in one or more of these categories of engagements - IT Modernisation, App Modernisation, Cloud Migration, Building Cloud Native Applications , High Performance Engineering, Ways of working modernisation %E2%80%93 Enterprise or Portfolio Devops Enablement, n Experience in a) bespoke application design and engineering OR b) Complex integration %E2%80%93 cloud/ hybrid implementation of ERP/ e-commerce/ Supply Chain/ Content Management and Digital Marketing etc. n Passionate about technology, ability to shape and articulate a point of view while being open to others points of view n Belief that there is always more than one way to solve a problem, and that it is principles that matter, not specific tech/ways of working manifestation of these principles n Good understanding of true meaning of Agile - again it is principles that matter, and not particular framework or ritual n Can act as trusted consultant to our client and as leader and mentor to our teams n Has business mindset, understands that nobody does tech for tech sake, we are there to solve business problems, and that s the only real measure of IT success n Understands that value of engineering work needs to be expressed in terms of business benefit n Has got significant experience in t, Roles & Responsibilities:Minimum Experience Required:Mandatory Skills: Fullstack Java Enterprise-L3 Delivery Management-L1, Project Management-L3 Desirable Skills:Language Skills: English Language-L3
