GenAI Agentic Lead (8 Years)Location: Chennai/NoidaRole Summary: Looking for a GenAI Agentic Lead with hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Python, and cloud AI services. The candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise AI solutions while mentoring teams and driving technical excellence.Key Skills

Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design RAG and Agentic RAG architectures.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications and cloud AI services.
• Define standards for prompts, governance, security, and Responsible AI.
• Conduct design reviews, mentor teams, and manage stakeholder communication.
• Drive LLMOps, monitoring, optimization, and production readiness.
Experience
• Hands on expin GenAI, AI Engineering, Python Development, ML/NLP, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI, chatbot, or AI assistant solutions.
• Experience leading technical teams and enterprise AI implementations.
Education
• B.E./B.Tech (CS, IT, AI, Data Science or related)
• MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc. in relevant fields also acceptable.
