Job Description

Job DescriptionResponsibilties:
• Oversee all finance and accounting functions in India and the US, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys growth and expansion plans.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team, board of directors, and investors.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital to ensure financial stability and liquidity
• Coordinate and oversee external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records
• Play a key role in fundraising activities, including preparing financial models, presentations, and due diligence materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial performance
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Candidate Requirement :
• Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent professional qualification.
• 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a leadership role. - Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Experience in fundraising and investor relations is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of Indian and US accounting standards and regulations
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
