Job Description

    General Manager AdministrationWe are looking for a highly disciplined professional to lead the entire Administration function across all offices, and site locations of the organization. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth administration operations, facility management, security oversight, vendor management, statutory compliance, and upkeep of all company premises.Role & responsibilities Lead and manage complete administration and facility operations across all company locations.Ensure smooth functioning, maintenance, and upkeep of corporate offices, project sites, commercial assets, and common areas.Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and operational standards for administration and facilities.Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, transport, pantry, utilities, and overall infrastructure management.Ensure high standards of cleanliness, discipline, efficiency, and workplace management.Oversee security operations across all offices and project sites.Implement preventive measures to control theft, pilferage, unauthorized movement, and material losses.Manage security agencies, deployment planning, access control systems, and surveillance operations.Conduct surprise audits, inspections, and investigations related to security incidents.Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems, security equipment, and emergency response protocols.Monitor company assets, inventory movement, utility consumption, and facility budgets.Liaise with local authorities, government bodies, police departments, and external agencies whenever required.Coordinate closely with business heads, project teams, HR, and management for seamless operations.Drive discipline, accountability, and operational excellence within the function.Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any discipline; additional certifications in Administration will be an advantage.20 years of relevant experience in Administration & Facilities.Strong leadership experience in Administration & Facilities management.Strong exposure in security management, and facility operations.Excellent crisis management, negotiation, and people management skills.Highly disciplined, proactive, and execution-oriented professional.Interested can send their updated resume on given below Email ID or WhatsApp number Email: hrdjobshelpconsultant@gmail.comWhatsApp and calling number is hidden_mobile/hidden_mobile
