    Job descriptionKey Responsibilities:Administrative Oversight:
      • Supervise and manage the administrative functions of the corporate office, including facilities management, office supplies, and vendor relationships.
      • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
    Team Leadership:
      • Lead, mentor, and develop administrative staff to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
      • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
    Process Improvement:
      • Identify and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and reduce operational costs.
      • Monitor and streamline workflows to align with company objectives.
    Strategic Support:
      • Assist the Sr. VPHR in planning and executing corporate initiatives.
      • Provide reports, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making.
    Budget Management:
      • Manage administrative budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
      • Approve expenditures and track expenses against the budget.
    Compliance and Risk Management:
      • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
      • Address and resolve any operational risks or issues in the corporate office.
    Stakeholder Coordination:
      • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
      • Represent the corporate office in meetings and events as needed.
