General Surgeon

Job Description

We are looking for a General Surgeon to join our team and perform a variety of surgical procedures on our patients in our health facilities.A General Surgeons responsibilities include educating patients on their surgical options, preparing patients for surgery and leading surgeries as needed.Ultimately, you will work with a team of medical professionals overseeing the medical and surgical care of patients. Responsibilities
• Evaluate and advise patients on the risk involved with having surgery
• Perform surgical procedures to prevent or correct injury, disease, deformities and patient function while adhering to regulatory and ethical protocols
• Follow established surgical techniques during surgery
• Prescribe preoperative and postoperative treatment and procedures
