Head Plant MaintenanceRole & responsibilities
1. Should have technical knowledge of Power Press Machine,paintshop,Robots,PLC ,Automation,CNC Machine,HT/LT,Utility like compressor/Generator etc Team Management
2. SAP PM Module Knowledge
3. Manage and driving of Plant maint activity to achieve management/deptt. Target
4. Manage spares for machinery to control spare cost and reduced breakdown
5. Analyse root cause for major breakdown
6. Manage team to get Job done as per requirement with minimum utilisation of man power
7. Prepare contigency plan for man power
8. Skill people for enhanced job responsibilities
9. Analytical thinking and problem solving
10. legal and statutory compliance
11. Financial Analysis
12. Enhance Customer Uptime by way of Predictive & Preventive Maintenance,Track and improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) for all assembly and welding lines.
