Job Description

Dear Aspirants,Greetings from Pranav HR Consultants!Currently we have an opening for Senior PHP Developer in a IT Software Industry for Chennai Location.Job Location:Kilpauk, ChennaiExperience: 4 to 6 yearsJob Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dynamic web applications
  • Involvement in all aspects of the project development cycle using PHP7 and OOPS concepts
  • Participate in Code Review and walkthroughs
  • Work on complex and challenging projects
  • Ensure foolproof performance of the deliverable
  • Coordinate with co-developers and send regular updates about project status
  • Jquery and Ajax
  • Proficiency in SQL scripting and MySQL 5.x
  • Knowledge of web applications security norms
  • Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
  • Plan, design, develop, debug, implement and support web-based applications and Services (Websites and Intranet Portal).
Critical Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of Cloud Environment like AWS/EC2, VPC etc.
  • Experience with version control (GIT, SVN) etc.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, Codeigniter (any php framework), Mysql, Javascript, HTML, html5.
  • Experience in developing CRM,ERP and CMS.
  • Experience in API integration,Localstorage, geolocation etc,.
  • Have worked on Wordpress
  • Strong knowledge of Caching solution like (Memcached, Redis).
  • Must have worked on Agile Methodology.
  • Strong knowledge of OOPS, design patterns and Data structure.
  • Should have used version control like svn, git.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular2 and Node js.
  • Should have strong knowledge of front end and back end optimization techniques.
  • Have used Rabbit MQ/Redis as queuing.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM/Google analytics/Heat map.
  • Creative knowledge of website optimization techniques.
Education and Qualifications
  • Degrees in Computer science, IT, software engineering, web development, programming or other subjects
  • Certification in open source/web development, graphics and software programming
  • Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capability to communicate effectively with team members
