Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage end-to-end internal recruitment processes across departments.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and growth plans.
    • Post internal job openings, manage applications, and conduct initial screenings.
    • Assist in HR process execution such as onboarding, offboarding, employee life cycle management.
    • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
    • Support policy implementation, ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.
    • Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
    • Proficiency in using HRIS, ATS, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Experience with internal job posting systems or internal career portals.
    • Exposure to change management or organizational development projects.
    • Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
