    Job Title: HR RecruiterLocation:HSR LayoutEmployment Type: Full-time/Part-timeJob Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to join our staffing consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, and a passion for connecting top-tier candidates with leading organizations. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for a variety of positions across industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:
    • Source, identify, and attract potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
    • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
    • Maintain an active candidate pool and build relationships with passive candidates for future placements.
    • Partner with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
    • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
    • Provide timely feedback to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
    • Prepare and manage recruitment documentation, including job offers, contracts, and agreements.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
    • Keep abreast of market trends, salary ranges, and talent availability in various sectors.
    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve recruitment strategies and meet hiring targets.
    Key Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role within staffing consultancy.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and ethical recruitment practices is a plus.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in recruiting across multiple industries or sectors.
    • Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and strategies.
    • Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
