URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR QATARFINAL CLIENT INTERVIEW NEXT WEEK IN MUMBAIPOSITION :- HVAC SITE ENGINEERJob Description/Profile Description :-The HVAC Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, installation, and maintenanceof HVAC systems on construction sites. This role involves managing projects, coordinating with variousteams, ensuring that HVAC systems are installed according to specifications, and adhering to all safetystandards. The HVAC Site Engineer will ensure that all systems are optimized for performance, energyefficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems at theproject site according to engineering designs and specifications. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise in the design and installation of HVAC systems, includingtroubleshooting and resolving any technical issues on-site. Supervision: Supervise and coordinate with HVAC technicians, contractors, and subcontractors to ensuretimely and high-quality installation. Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress of work, ensuring that all HVACsystems comply with project plans, specifications, and industry standards. Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on site activities, system performance, and project progress,and maintain records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs. Quality Control: Ensure that all installations meet safety and quality standards, as well as regulatory andenvironmental guidelines. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progressand address any concerns or requirements. Budget Management: Monitor project costs and ensure that HVAC installations remain within theapproved budget and timeline. Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards, conducting risk assessmentsand implementing safety measures on-site.Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC system design, installation, or maintenance,preferably in a site management role. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles, load calculations, ductwork,ventilation, and relevant industry standards. Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and lead a team of technicians and contractors effectively. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with the projectteam, clients, and other stakeholders.
