# Purpose :
• The Technical Integration manager role would be leading the product development efforts for several businesses within ManpowerGroup. The person would be responsible and accountable for the full lifecycle delivery management of the products.The person would be responsible and accountable for the full lifecycle delivery management of the products. As a critical co-owner, you should possess a product development mindset, focus on internal stakeholder management and be able to envision strategic transformation capabilities
Highlights:
• Prepare Integration solution architecture deliverables following enterprise standards and methodologies and consistent with the target business architecture
• Provide expert knowledge of technical and Integration architecture, and serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for application development teams on those topics.
• Review business drivers needs and strategies with Business and Application Architects to understand implications for technical and Integration architecture/
• Technical leadership and interaction with the mangement.
• Provide input to the development of project initiation documents, including the definition of objectives, scope, approach, and deliverables
• Identify and communicate risks (business, application, technical) associated with the Integration component or application implementation
• Provide Integration consultation on complex projects
• Develop POC, contributes to ongoing development efforts, and perform advanced code/configuration review to ensure design patterns are followed and aligned with architecture standards.
• Production Support | War Room Participation | Technical consultation in Complex project
• Has full technical knowledge of all phases of integration implementation.
• Identifies problems,effects estimation|research best practice|prepares presentations|drives solutions|implements customized solutions.
• Drive automation and efficiency into the product life cycle and participate in production-issue diagnostics, identification, and resolution
# Experience :
• Working knowledge of Integration & API Management design, development & architecture of on-premises and cloud-based data sources
• More than 8 years of experience in Integration including 5 years in API Management, and Azure Service technologies (ADF, Azure Function, Logic App, ASB etc.),boomi
• Working experience in Azure cloud technologies
• Solid experience in REST, APIs, XML, JSON, Flat Files concepts Cloud technologies & DevOps, etc.
• Experience effectively leveraging IaaS & SaaS
• Understanding of Network topology, DMZs, Load balancing, Fault tolerance, clustering, etc.
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience/knowledge of agile development (scrum/kanban)
• Knowledge of product development and product lifecycles
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-starter and maintains positive attitude
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; coordinate complex projects, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Establish and maintain productive relationships internally and externally
• Work independently or as a team player in a team environment
• Possess an eye for detail and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
