Job Description

  • Citi Global Consumer Technology (GCT Retail Team builds, deploys and supports all our Retail banking and Small business product activities including marketing, customer acquisition and servicing across 40 countries
Role Outline/Job Summary:
  • Within the Retail space, the team works in concert with our regional business and IT partners to provide engaging and remarkable services for customers and prospects. Role & Responsibilities:Business/Department Objectives:
  • The team s objective is to Create superior customer experience by providing easy, simple, intuitive products and services, tailored for customer segments
Core Responsibilities:
  • Role is critical for supporting multiple initiatives and tasks related to US Retail Consumer and Small Business Products
  • Role will be supporting multiple initiatives and tasks related to US Retail consumer products
  • Responsible for creation of High level technical specifications
  • Responsible for overall end to end designs
  • Work with test lead to shape test scenarios and scripts
  • Resolve any design issues during project execution
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Work with product owner to formulate user stories
  • Responsible for creation of High level technical specifications
  • Responsible for overall end to end designs
  • Work with test lead to shape test scenarios and scripts
  • Resolve any design issues during project execution
  • Ensure successful delivery of project on schedule and within budget
Financial/Budgetary:
  • Work with the PMO to ensure project stays within planned budget limits
Individual Contributor (IC)/Managerial: Individual ContributorKey Deliverables:
  • Technical Leadership in designing and developing complex modules
Percentage of Travel: NoRelocation: Yes, *Qualifications:Required:Education:
  • BS in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
Experience:
  • Overall 5 + years of which 3+ years of experience in business analysis required
  • 2+ years of design experience on mainframe required
Certifications:
  • ECBA/CBAP
Skills:
  • Experience in tools like Blueprint, Visio, JIRA, RTC
  • Certification in ECBA or CBAP
  • Analytical thinking
  • Patient listening skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge with financial planning, budgets
  • Experience working on Agile projects
  • Strong domain knowledge in the banking domain.
Other:
  • Logical thinking, High analytical and problem solving skills, be innovative and solutions oriented
  • Provide technical leadership in all aspects of the project life cycle
  • Support implementation of new development methodologies in the Agile spectrum to transform development processes.
  • Identifies and communicates risks and risk mitigation strategies relating to the application of technology within business environment
  • Remains abreast of industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards
