The Quality and Service Excellence team in the Enterprise Strategy & Operations Service Area is looking for highly motivated individual in content/process management with exposure to technology, who are adept at interacting with professionals across levels and across the globe, to provide high quality output to the Deloitte member firms.Role description:The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of project activities and must be competent in managing scope, schedule, quality, and resources. Exposure to SharePoint administration and content management.Required Skills:Experience in managing projects by inter networking across IT teams within Deloitte Technology and member firmsExperience in managing projects in a varied service environment such as Infrastructure services, Cyber services and/or Application servicesHands on experience in MS Office Suite tools and ServiceNow Request ManagementStakeholder management including in a multifaceted environmentProject reporting and governing the scope of the projects, scheduling and tracking resource completionExperience in SharePoint site creation, content management would be a great add-on2-3 years of experience in IT Project ManagementRoles & responsibilities:Manage the stakeholder relationship for understanding their process and delivering resultsCollaborate to build Content Management environments for improved communicationsDevelopment of sample content/examples for templates, with enough detail to ensure consistency when being completed by project and operational teamsFacilitate working group sessions for SSDLC, Governance & compliance processes for Infrastructure, Cyber & Application servicesDeveloping and performing continuous gap analysis processes to maintain a healthy knowledge spaceAbility to bring variety of specialists together to define and agree on standards and associated boilerplates for standardized templatesManage work and associated deliverables independentlyIdentify, analyze, and drive problems to resolution, handling complex issues simultaneously while effectively communicating across teamsEffective written and verbal communication as this role involves communication at higher levels of the organizationThe teamThe eS&O Quality and Service Excellence team works closely with global Deloitte IT teams to deliver and publish services according to a designed framework to the global service portfolio. It includes project summaries, , and client engagement deliverables, among other deliverable components. This portfolio is intended to help Deloitte practitioners find relevant IT services offered for the member firms just in time to services.
