Java ArchitectLocation: Chennai, Trivandrum,KochiNotice: Immediate-30 DaysWe are seeking a highly experienced Java Architect with a proven track record in delivering large-scale SaaS/PaaS/API/Microservices Architectures, specifically for healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-based systems while working with sensitive data such as patient information.Key Responsibilities:1. **Architectural Leadership:** - Lead the development of complex system architectures, ensuring alignment with specified requirements from both external and internal stakeholders. - Define and develop high-volume, horizontally scalable architectures in the cloud. - Oversee the implementation of platform-based architecture with multiple streams of activity on the same platform.2. **Domain-Driven Design & API Contracts:** - Design domain-driven data models and define API contracts. - Implement and promote best practices in enterprise integration patterns.3. **Security & Compliance:** - Ensure appropriate security measures for handling highly sensitive data, including patient data (e.g., Voltage encryption). - Implement security protocols for microservices, such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT tokens.4. **Messaging & Event-Driven Architectures:** - Experience in developing message/event-based architectures and integrating them into cloud platforms.5. **Collaboration & Leadership:** - Work closely with distributed multicultural teams (including near-shore and offshore service providers). - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. - Influence senior stakeholders regarding technical solutions for proposed initiatives.6. **DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines:** - Lead the design and implementation of continuous delivery/integration pipelines. - Ensure the architectural design supports fast-paced, reliable, and automated delivery processes.7. **Healthcare Domain Expertise:** - Leverage knowledge of the US healthcare domain and relevant regulations. - Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and data protection laws.**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**- Proven experience in SaaS/PaaS/API/Microservices architectures.- Strong expertise in Java and cloud-native technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).- Knowledge of domain-driven design and API contract definition.- Experience with high-volume, scalable, cloud-based architectures.- SME knowledge of **Enterprise Integration Patterns**.- Experience with security in microservices architecture (OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT).- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines.- Excellent communication skills in English to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.- Experience working with onshore and offshore teams.**Desirable:**- Experience as a technical lead, guiding cross-functional teams.
