Job Description

    Technical Skills/Knowledge: Lead a high-performance team by providing hands-on guidance along with individual contribution
    • Full-stack development of components for Web Application
    • Work closely with Managers (Technical and Product) to define and plan projects and activities
    • Develop and implement a re-architecture strategy to enable transition from traditional server based MVC architecture to cloud based serverless architecture
    • Facilitate team collaboration towards software engineering best practices, and solutions that meet customer needs
    • Ensuring high quality code is produced and maintained through code review and frequent defect prevention activity
    • Work closely in small teams to create well integrated products in short design cycles with good documentation and reusable artifacts
    • Maintain appropriate team and top-notch talent through recruiting activities
    Mandatory Requirements:
    • Should be strong in Core JAVA and Design Principles
    • Should be very strong in J2EE with Spring, JPA and Hibernate
    • Should be able to handle full-stack web-application requirements from scratch independently
    • Should be very strong in Spring Boot with RESTful Webservices and microservices
