Job Description

Involves in implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business.What you will be doing

  • Will be involved in the application production support roles and responsibilities
  • Will involve in debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications
  • Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project.
  • Application change assessment and validation during change windows over the week and weekend
What you bring:
  • 2 to 5 Years Production Support experience in JAVA and LINUX based applications.
  • Must have experience of Unix/Linux based applications, including a very good knowledge in Unix/Linux commands.
  • Must have experience in Oracle & SQL Server Database
  • Knowledge on Bit Bucket, JENKINS, REST Webservices and WebSphere application server are secondary skills.
  • Must have experience within structured Ticketing Management environment (Incident Ticket, Problem ticket, Change ticket and Service Request)
  • Analyze Application logs, troubleshoot issues, determine action and ensure Application Environments work smoothly
Added bonus if you have:
  • Good to have experience in Pro*c, PHP, Java knowledge
  • Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
  • Knowledge of FIS products and services
  • Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
