Junior Estimator

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our team! As a Junior Estimator, you will be tasked with reviewing and interpreting our data and reports to determine the labor and cost associated with our ventures.Responsibilities
• Perform detailed and in-depth research on our various ventures.
• Gather quotations and invoices from suppliers and contractors.
• Review cost estimates for each of our ventures.
• Create and monitor budgets.
• Identify the costs that will be associated with a venture (including labor, materials, equipment, etc.).
• Perform regular risk analyses and help the company prepare for any losses.
• Prepare and present detailed reports regarding finances to your superiors.
• Assist senior estimators with pertinent tasks.
