KPI Monitoring Task - Core Engineer Experience Required: Plans and executes technical tasks according to given tasks, along with existing processes and instructions. Works with the responsibility of responding to customer problems directly or through internal customer interface- Collect and analyze statistical traffic data from commercial core network. The statistical data (Graph, Data) must be submitted to the customer. Core Network Performance Analysis support of IMS SDM products i.e NT - HLR FE, One - NDS/ C - NTDB, One - EIR, CMS - 8200 HSS and core products which includes following activities: - Collect statistical data from various devices in commercial core network. Store it into the file server, convert it into a graph (chart), and check it for any trend changes or abnormalities. Update the stakeholders daily/ weekly about the KPIs. If an abnormality is found, it shall be immediately reported following an internal escalation process Managing of KPIs documents Additional Responsibilities: - Good understanding of 2G/ 3G/ 4G core network concepts. Excellent on Presentation skills. High skilled on MS - Power point, Excell. Positive attitude with 3 Year of relevant experience. Good in depth knowledge in the basic call flows Good Communication and Presentation Skills to handle global customers. Experience in HP Blade System c7000 enclosure and infrastructure configuration and management. Experience on HP/ ATCA Hardware Shell pearl Script with Linux and Unix Certificatio,
