Job Description

  • Lead a team for Implementation & deployment of use cases in IBM ALM tools: RTC, DNG, RQM &RELM
  • Adminstration of databases, Access control, Maintenance and upgrades of systems to newer
  • versions, etc
  • Tool customization based on requirements through server side plugins
  • Handle support requests - provide support to end user queries
  • OSLC integration - Integrate 3rd party tools with ALM. Example ALM and PLM use cases integration
  • Generate customized reports using RPE and JRS pertaining to engineering artifacts
  • Conduct trainings for the use cases deployed
  • 8~11 Years of experience
  • Passionate about tools and technology driven business transformation
  • Ability to drive the team with a very positive attitude in handling the most dynamic domains
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Systematic approach in problem solving for complex issues
  • Innovative mindset
  • Good team player
  • Quick adaptability to changes - IBM ALM tools:- DOORS Next Generation (DNG), RTC, RQM, RELM and JRS
  • Certifications in IBM Rational tools will be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge on OSLC standards will be an added advantage
  • Good working knowledge on Systems Engineering
  • Good working knowledge on Vehicle development processes, V Model and automotive industry
