Manager-QA/QC -Plastic Injection MouldingRoles and Responsibilities
• Candidate should have experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Process Excellence, Project Execution across Plastic Injection Moulding .in
• Candidate should have knowledge of Plastic moulded products
• Check limit sample on every day and verify Work instruction & OPL on every machine
• Abnormal handling to be maintain
• Process and product audit as per given plan
• Counter measure implementation in case of concern in parts at moulding stage.
• Final inspection as per quality standard of outgoing materials.
• Verify FPA/LPA on daily Basis.
• Take corrective and preventive action as per reported complain
• Preparing, Process Validation, 8D Reports, MIS, PFEMA, & PPAP docs. as per plan & Record.
