Job Description

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Marketo Specialist to support the execution of marketing automation campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Marketo campaign execution, email marketing, lead nurturing, and reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign deployments and optimization. Key Responsibilities: Execute Marketo email campaigns, nurture programs, and event programs (end to end). Build and test emails, landing pages, forms, and automation workflows within Marketo. Manage list uploads, segmentation and data hygiene in Marketo. Ensure accurate lead scoring, lead routing, and CRM synchronization (Marketo-SFDC). Monitor and troubleshoot campaign performance, resolving issues related to email deliverability, tracking, and automation. Generate Marketos default performance reports. Ability to collaborate with the cross functional team to enhance marketing automation efforts. Adhere to email marketing best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Marketo. Good understanding of email marketing, marketing automation, and lead nurturing. (All program types features in Marketo) Experience in creating and testing emails (Dynamic content), landing pages, and forms. Strong knowledge of segmentation, lead scoring, and personalization in Marketo. Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo integration and sync flow. Ability to analyze reports. Basic HTML & CSS knowledge for email formatting is a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
