As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their physical abilities and improve their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:- **Assessment of Patients**: Evaluate patients physical conditions through detailed examinations and medical histories to create tailored treatment plans.- **Developing Treatment Plans**: Create personalized exercise and rehabilitation programs based on individual patient needs and conditions to aid in recovery.- **Implementing Therapy Sessions**: Conduct therapy sessions using various techniques, including exercises and manual therapies, ensuring patients follow their rehabilitation plans.- **Monitoring Progress**: Regularly assess and document patients\ progress to adjust treatment plans as needed, helping achieve optimal recovery goals.- **Educating Patients**: Teach patients about their conditions and recovery processes, ensuring they understand their treatment and how to manage symptoms effectively.- **Collaborating with Healthcare Teams**: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.Candidates should have:- A Bachelors degree in a relevant field (BDS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, or B.E).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and their families.- A good understanding of human anatomy and physiology to create effective therapy plans.- A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new techniques and practices in physical therapy.- Basic computer skills for maintaining patient records and managing documentation.This is a full-time position based and we encourage applications from individuals who are passionate about helping others improve their health.Contact HR LAVANYA:hidden_mobile
