Job Description

    Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer (10 Years Experience)Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer with 10 years of experience to join our team specializing in digital medication management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, machine learning (ML), and TensorFlow, with additional experience in SAS considered an advantage. This role involves leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to enhance our healthcare solutions and improve patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex healthcare-related challenges.
    • Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions for medication adherence, patient engagement, and prescription optimization.
    • Utilize Python, TensorFlow, and associated frameworks to build scalable machine learning models.
    • Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and trends in medication management.
    • Implement and integrate ML models into production systems with a focus on reliability and scalability.
    • Develop predictive analytics dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making.
    • Work with SAS-based systems when required, leveraging expertise in statistical modeling and analytics.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and healthcare technology to incorporate cutting-edge techniques.
    • Document processes, methodologies, and model outcomes for internal and regulatory purposes.
    Required Skills & Experience:
    • 10 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning roles.
    • Proficiency in Python, with a strong understanding of libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
    • Expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models using TensorFlow.
    • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and ensemble techniques.
    • Experience in handling and preprocessing large datasets from various sources (structured and unstructured data).
    • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
    • Experience in SAS for statistical analysis and predictive modeling (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying ML models.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
    Educational Background:
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
    • Certifications in TensorFlow, Python, or SAS are a plus.
