• Analyze and review patient medical records to assign appropriate codes.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with medical coding guidelines and insurance policies.

• Stay updated with the latest coding standards and industry changes.
• Collaborate with the billing team to resolve claim issues.
• Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain high coding standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Certification: CPC (Certified Professional Coder) / CCS / CCA (Preferred but not mandatory).
• Education: Diploma/Graduate in Life Sciences, Medical Coding, or Healthcare-related field.
• Experience: 02 years (Freshers with certification are welcome).
• Skills: Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
