You will be expected to achieve sales targets, develop and maintain relationships with customers, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of sales professionals in Tamil Nadu
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the organization
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the state of Tamil Nadu
• Ensure timely completion of all sales activities and reporting requirements
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide training and guidance to team members
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in Life Insurance domain
• Strong knowledge of the life insurance industry and market trends in Tamil Nadu
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams to success
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
