Job Description

    Oracle Cloud Supply Chain ManagementCloud SCM - OM, OTC, Inventory:Qualifications Required:Exposure to OM, Shipping Execution, Inventory, Pricing, Receivables modules and how Service Contracts integrates with all these modules4+ years experience in a supply chain management and/or management consulting related to following processes:
    • Managing services (Warranties Included and Extended, Subscription Offerings etc.)
    • Managing Assets covered under services
    • Consumption based business model for Services
    • Contract Renewals and Terminations
    • Selling bundles (Physical product, Services and Intangible offerings such as product licences/online subscriptions etc.)
    • Services Pricing (Tier based, attribute based etc.)
    • Good knowledge of how Cloud Service Contract integrates with other Oracle Offerings such as Pricing, Inventory, Asset Management, Order Management, Receivables.
    2+ years of experience in terms of configuring following:
    • Oracle Service Contracts (Contract Types, Renewal Rules, Contract Approvals, Billing Schedules etc)
    • Pricing (Pricing Matrix, Pricing Strategy, Tiered Pricing, Discount Charges, Pricing Charges with different UOM for consumption based service offerings)
    • Inventory (Item Master Org, Item Types, Time UOM conversion to define Warranty and Subscription Items)
    • Order Management (Customer Order Orchestration Rules for Asset creation/expiry etc at sales order shipment/return, Orchestration Rule Assignment etc.).
    • Demonstrated experience as a senior resource with experience in key design and build activities such as gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, design workshop preparation, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional design and configuration, testing, participation in cutover etc.
    • Exposure to onsite-offshore model will be an added advantage.
    • Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
    • Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
    • Basic Knowledge of Oracle Receivables modules is preferred
    • Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications is preferred
    • A Bachelor/Masters degree in Engineering, Business.
    Cloud SCM - Manufacturing, BOM, Planning:Qualifications Required:
    • Functional professional with 3+ Oracle Cloud implementations having worked in Manufacturing modules as a team member or team lead for at least 1 full cycle implementation.
    • A minimum of 3 to 9 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle Manufacturing applications such as: Work in Process (WIP), Bills of Material (BOM), Inventory (INV), Process Manufacturing (OPM), Cost Management (CST), and Quality Management (QUA).
    • Demonstrated experience as a senior resource with experience in key design and build activities such as gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, design workshop preparation, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional design and configuration, testing, participation in cutover etc.
    • Exposure to onsite-offshore model will be an added advantage.
