The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and experience working on implementation, enhancement, rollout, or support projects.Key Responsibilities
    • Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
    • Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders.
    • Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business needs.
    • Support implementation, enhancements, testing, deployments, and post-go-live activities.
    • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.
    • Prepare functional specifications, project documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
    • Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
    • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.
    • Drive process improvements and user adoption.
    • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
