Job Description Packing SpecialistJob Title: Manufacturing Executive Packing Reports to: Associate Technologist Department: Operations Experience: 4-10 years in process/packaging industry FMCG (Operation & Maintenance) Qualification: Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical Engineering Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu Mandatory: Flexible, willing to work in Shifts KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS Knowledge:
• In-depth knowledge of packing technologies used in FMCG/CPG industry, preferably in Cigarette industry
• Knowledge of cigarette pack design and ability to relate machine capabilities to requirements of design
• Knowledge of materials specific to packing
• Knowledge of ancillary equipment vacuum pump, compressor, AC
• Knowledge of statistical process control
• Maintenance Management
• SAP Knowledge on machine maintenance
• Knowledge on automation, material handling
• Knowledge on Pneumatics, electronics
• Knowledge of Machine Safety aspects
• Knowledge of English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
• Self-driven and independent attitude
• MS office skills mandatory

Machine Expertise
• Exposure to Cigarette Packing machinery from GD Italy, Focke Germany and wrappers
