Job Description

Job Responsibilities
• Review and analyze medical records and clinical documentation.
• Assign appropriate ICD/CPT/HCPCS codes as per coding guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical coding.
• Understand medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.
Skills Required
• Good knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Basic understanding of medical coding concepts.
• Good English communication and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and work in a healthcare environment.
