Production Planning & Control KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOBThis position is responsible for the production planning and process control for the Plant for specific production processes, under the guidance of the Production Planning and Control (PPC) Head. Ensure that all resources are utilized most optimally to meet the targets for the Plant as per the customers expectations. KEY PERFORMANCE AREASOptimal capacity utilisationPercentage reduction of stock delay lossNumber and percentage of reduction of non & slow moving goodsVariance analysis % (dept. wise)Adherence to machine scheduling as per production planNumber of days of WIP at the month-endNumber of initiativesKEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProduction Planning:Participate in the Plant (e.g, D1) production plan to ensure maximum efficiency of the line productivity by analysing and utilising the capacity, machine availability, equipment efficiency and productivity in consultation with the PPC HeadSchedule the workflow, material requirement, resources etc. for the specific Module according to established production sequences and lead timesSegregating the overall production plan into daily, weekly and monthly plans for the Modules.Scheduling the detailed workflow for the Modules within the plant according to established production sequences and lead timesExecute the target of work as per plan - material planning for Production at the machine as per plan in advanceIdentify the bottleneck in the processes and plan for production accordinglyAnalyse and provide inputs to the PPC Head on aspects pertaining to production procedures, e.g. time taken to change moulds, average breakdown hours, machine capacity, etc. and accommodating for the same in the production plans.Detailed review of all the aspects pertaining to production procedures for the assigned Plant e.g. time taken to change moulds, average breakdown hours, machine capacity, etc. and accommodating for the same in the production plans.If you are interested can apply their updated resume on this id: hidden_email & call at hidden_mobile, hidden_mobile
