Job Description

    HiWe are looking forQuality AnalystQuality Analyst for Technical Process
    • Candidate should have minimum 1 year on paper experience as as quality analyst
    • Candidates should aware about,
    • What is the build up for on floor TNI
    • What is the feedback methodology used
    • What is the method used to manage BQM
    • What are the QC tools
    • What is the PIP turn around time
    • Quality Technical experience will get advantage
    Desirable:
    • Excellent English verbal communication skills enabling client expectation management
    • Share daily / weekly & MTD Quality reports
    • Share the TNI with the Operations and Training Team
    • Conduct internal and external calibration
    • Investigate and resolve quality issues
    • Should be comfortable working for 5 days a week
    • Willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs
    • Login for 9 hours a day
    • Is able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech
    • Multi-tasking ability
    • Candidates must have a own Laptop /WiFi Connection for Virtual Interview.
