Quality Head - Home TextilesJob descriptionQuality Head - Home TextilesIndustry: Home Textiles ManufacturingExperience: 15 years in quality management within the textile industry, with specific experience in fabric quality, technical process quality, and made-up quality.Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Quality Head for our large home textiles manufacturing plant, which produces 1.2 lakh meters of fabric daily. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing quality assurance across all stages of textile production, from raw material to finished products. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of quality that our customers expect and trust.Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead the quality assurance team to ensure high standards in fabric quality, technical processes, and made-up products. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the production process to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to maintain competitive standards.Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, as well as company policies. Maintain certifications and uphold the companys commitment to quality and safety.Training and Development: Train and mentor quality assurance staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and quality consciousness across the plant.Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement. Report findings and recommendations to senior management.Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to address and resolve any quality-related issues raised by customers. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to avoid recurrence.Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming raw materials. Conduct audits and assessments of supplier facilities as necessary.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field.
