Leading Executive and recruitment firm requires Recruitment specialist- Domestic hiring (IT & Non IT)- WFH( Six days week, complete work form home role)We are looking for Recruitment specialist (IT and Non IT) - Domestic hiring to cater to PAN india clients across functions and industries i.e Manufacturing/ FMCG/ Consumer durables / Engineering/ Pharma/ Healthcare/Oil n gas/ E commerce/ IT/Software/ Hospitality/Travel / Agro/ etcPFB the details1) Client - Leading Executive search Firm2) Position- Recruitment specialist - IT & NON IT- Dometsic or india market only3) Experience - Over 2 years in Recruitment/ Talent acquisition across sectors & industries in india market4) Compensation- Competitive5) Sud be opne to 6b days week6) Shift timings- 9.30 am- 6.30-Monday to saturday7) Should have a proven track record of end dot end recruitment as this is a very serious job though it Work from home but requires sharing atleast 6 relevant profiles for either IT or Non IT rolesOnly genuine and serious/ sincere may applyKEY Attributes- Experience working with Internet recruiting methods /technologies to include developing and posting of requisitions and tracking interview/hiring statistics-Over 2 - 7 years experience in recruiting include sourcing candidates, interviewing and negotiation primarily in the Non IT domain- Should be able to work under pressure and target driven positions- In-depth knowledge/familiarity with web-based job boards, research and applicant tracking systems-Sud have experience working on portals like Linkedin, Monster, indeed , & other recruitment platforms- Ability to handle a high-volume of openings while maintaining flexibility, professionalism and adhering to relevant policies and procedures- Strong interpersonal, telephonic and e-communication skills- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little .-supervision and work well under pressure- Problem solving skills and sound judgment- Experience with high volume recruiting a must!
